Profios is a B2B communication platform for Swiss trade and service businesses. The platform helps manage customer inquiries, appointment coordination, and service-related communication over WhatsApp.
By accessing or using Profios, you accept these Terms of Service.
2. Services Description
Profios supports customer-initiated and opt-in WhatsApp communication, appointment handling, follow-up messages, and service notifications.
The platform is designed for operational customer service and not for advertising distribution or unsolicited outreach.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality, content, and business purpose of communications sent through your Profios setup.
You may contact people only where a customer relationship exists, a clear request has been made, or documented opt-in is in place. You must comply with WhatsApp policies and applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
Profios may not be used for spam, unsolicited outreach, Bulk Messaging, campaign-style promotion, or abuse of messaging systems.
You may not use the service to collect contact data without permission, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass platform restrictions.
Profios may suspend or restrict accounts that create abuse, safety, or policy risk.
5. Data and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Profios processes personal data and business communication data.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Profios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or disruptions caused by third parties or messaging platforms.
Profios total liability is limited to the service fees paid during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Service Availability
Profios is provided with the goal of reliable operation, but services may be unavailable, delayed, or changed from time to time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party messaging networks will always be accessible.
